In another case of never ending harassment, Times of India was not delivered on 18 May 2017 to a house in Panaji, Goa, due to reasons which are not known. Either the newspaper vendor forgot to deliver the newspaper or someone took the newspaper.
The exact reason for non delivery is not known.
