It appears that harassment of local intelligence and security agency employees continues and Herald newspaper was not delivered on 17 February 2017 at an address in campal. The exact reason for the non delivery is not clear because the newspaper vendor does not have a mobile phone, the only way to contact him is by being present at the designated address, when he is delivering the newspaper . Alternately, some one may have stolen the newspaper to read the news.
